This institute has been established for the purpose of sheltering and remedying those inmates who are subjected to compulsory labor and those are sentenced for general judiciary. Three principles are taken equally attention here: “edification and custody”, “treatment and punishment”, and “vocational skill training and labor”. Prisoner are expected to experience mind evolution through work training and equip themselves with market-oriented skills for their future outside the institute.
