This institute takes male inmates who are subjected to compulsory labor and those who are sentenced to 7 years or above for drug possessing, drug manufacturing, drug trafficking, drug marketing or drug abusing. In addition, those who violate the Statutes of Rehabilitative Measures for Burglars and Fence Offenders, along with the criminals serving the prison sentence, are also accepted.

The legal capacity of this institute is 1,620 inmates.
