1. Every newly transferred inmate is arranged to health check immediately right after admitted. Regular checkup is held on seasonal basis. Medical treatment is administrated after diagnosis was established.
   
2. X-ray (check of tuberculosis) and blood test (check of syphilis and AIDS) are mandatory to new arrivals to reduce the risk of spreading infectious diseases.
   
3. Medical doctors or physicians are invited to this institute on regular basis to provide consultation and treatment. This institute makes contracts with hospitals in the neighborhood for further medical supports.
   
4. All the staff and inmates are trained with basic CPR skills for the purpose of increasing rates of self-rescuing.
